Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Customized or special-order items
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
Clearance or final sale products
Return Process

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit or bank transfer (based on your preference and location). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If a return is rejected due to not meeting our conditions, the product will be sent back to you without refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item in your email. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be in process and cannot be canceled.
